• Please remember the speed limit throughout White Columns is 25mph. Please keep our community safe!

• Except for short-term guests at your home, please keep the streets free of parked cars.

• Remember that replacement mailbox numbers are available to all Gated White Columns residents at the Freemanville Road gatehouse.

• Replacement mailboxes can be ordered HERE. The Gated White Columns mailboxes are box 1, post 2, and address plate 1. Order the knob, not ring, as a mailbox door opener.

• If you need a replacement metal cover for the water shutoff valve in your yard, call Fulton County Water at 404-612-4000, and they will send someone to replace it.

• If you have a young entrepreneur at home with a skill or service to offer the community, email the Board at GatedBoard@GatedWhiteColumns.com, and we’ll promote the young businesspeople in our neighborhood.

• Trash and recycling are picked up on Thursdays and included in your Association assessment.  ALL waste MUST be inside the bins. Trash or recycling outside the bin will not be picked up. Containers may be placed at the curb on Wednesday afternoons and must be removed by Thursday evening.  If you have any service issues regarding Waste Management, your bins or a missed pick-up, please email AHollingsworth@GatedWhiteColumns.com. Provide your name, address and service issue/need and Adam will engage Waste Management on your behalf.

• Modifications to the exterior of your home and property must be submitted to the Modifications Committee for approval before any work begins. But don’t worry. We’ll move quickly to respond to your request so you can get started on your schedule, not ours!
